Building Management offers management services for all those activities related to assets and real estate management
BUILDING MANAGEMENT SRL is a Romanian company that was established in the second semester of 2007 and started activities for construction and maintenance also facility management.
The operation and administration services coordinate the activity within the property and all the connected activities regarding the proper usage of the buildings.
We will present, to the owner, on a periodic basis, data about the buildings, costs, and consumptions and propose cut operational cost measures.
